Working principle of mining car engine


1、 Fuel supply system
The fuel supply system of the mining car engine consists of a fuel tank, fuel pipelines, fuel filters, and injectors. Fuel is pumped from the fuel tank through a fuel pump into the engine's fuel supply system. These fuels are injected into the cylinder through the fuel injector and ignited under the condition of mixing fuel with air, generating explosive power to drive the piston to move.
2、 Ignition system
The ignition system of a mining car engine mainly consists of an igniter, ignition coil, and spark plug. After mixing fuel and air, a mixture of gases is formed and enters the cylinder. The igniter emits a high-voltage current to ignite the spark plug and ignite the mixture. This ignition process will cause combustion at the highest cylinder pressure, igniting the mixture. This process will push the piston, causing the crankshaft to rotate and also driving the engine.
3、 Cooling system
The cooling system of mining car engines mainly completes heat dissipation through two methods: water cooling and oil cooling. When the mining car engine is running, the process of the piston moving up and down generates a large amount of heat, which needs to be dissipated through a heat dissipation system. The engine water pump drives the warm water flow into the radiator, which dissipates heat through the fan and then flows back into the engine for circulation. Cooling water plays a role in circulating cooling and maintaining water seals during the circulation process. At the same time, the engine also needs to reduce its operating temperature through the circulation of engine oil.
